Profile:

Arafmi has been providing free information and support service to family members and friends of people with mental health issues since 1976.

Currently we have volunteer roles for the:

School Education Program:  Presenting to secondary school students, addressing the stigma associated with mental health.  Seeking volunteers whom have personal experience with mental illness and are willing to tell their story to secondary school students.

School Holiday Program:  Becoming a mentor to primary and secondary age school children whom live with a family member with a mental ilnnes.  YOu will help facilitate the program by caring for a group of children during outings.  Loads of fun!
