From early beginnings, Parkerville Children and Youth Care has relied on the invaluable contribution of volunteers. From assistance with the construction of our heritage buildings through to helping the children and youth with schoolwork, volunteers have been an important part of the organisation.

Parkerville Children and Youth Care are always seeking dedicated volunteers to assist with various activities such as the following;

• Assisting with schoolwork
• Provide art or music lessons
• Teach sporting skills
• Become involved in children’s activities
• Transport children Assisting with gardening and maintenance of the campus
• Cooking for the cottages
• Assist at Special Events and Functions
• Become a Holiday Host
• Become a Friend of Parkerville

Remember, volunteering does not have to take place at Parkerville. Why not hold a special fund raising event with your friends and families, hold a casual dress day at work and collect the proceeds or encourage your workplace to support Parkerville Children and Youth Care as part of their commitment to the community.
